I deposited $89 into my account and bought Tesla with a stop loss. Surprisingly, I was charged a $30 commission, and my balance now displays only $45. I'm completely baffled by how they calculated this commission, and I have no idea where the remaining $14 went.

The customer service experience has been dreadful, with them providing only standard scripted responses. They haven't offered any explanation, and it's been two days with no resolution in sight.

As a beginner trader, this platform was an excellent start for Forex trading. They offer different accounts, resources and support that made my learning journey smooth and helped me grow as a trader. However, the platform's high spreads are a drawback.

I have to admit that the FBS zero spread account is pretty tempting. I mean this account has pretty amazing spreads, however, I found that the commission fees are a little bit expensive for me, which is $20. But, I wonder if this is for round turn commission? Because if yes, then I guess it's pretty reasonable considering FBS has great trading services.

Ever since my friend recommended it, I start trying FBS, here is what I found. I use the demo account for about a month or so just to really get the grasp of it. During that moment I also tested their zero fixed spread account. Sadly, it's more disappointing than I had anticipated. They claim their stops are fixed for 3 pips, while it goes up to 50 pips sometimes, meaning the spread is not as good as what they promised. Slippage is really bad, during my trade I suffer negative 20 pips as slippage. This is happened on their zero spreads account, I don't know if their other account would better or worse.
