Having problems with FBS?

As a dedicated fan of MetaTrader, I appreciate that this broker offers both MT platforms. However, for those seeking new trading experiences and a broader horizon, I would highly recommend exploring FBS's custom, award-winning trading platform.

One drawback to note is that this platform lacks a desktop version and, surprisingly, there is no webtrader version either, only mobile apps are available. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic way to inject some excitement into your trading routine.

FBS server needs an upgrade every 3 months. Their available servers now are very insufficient when compared to increasing the trading volume over the years. When the market reaches high volatility, sometimes I can't even use SL or TP. There have been moments along with NFP announcement, SL did not close properly, and close point was different.

Ever since my friend recommended it, I start trying FBS, here is what I found. I use the demo account for about a month or so just to really get the grasp of it. During that moment I also tested their zero fixed spread account. Sadly, it's more disappointing than I had anticipated. They claim their stops are fixed for 3 pips, while it goes up to 50 pips sometimes, meaning the spread is not as good as what they promised. Slippage is really bad, during my trade I suffer negative 20 pips as slippage. This is happened on their zero spreads account, I don't know if their other account would better or worse.
