Pros:

Cons:

High Swap Fees: One significant drawback is the extremely high swap fees. These fees can make it challenging for long-term investors to generate profits, as they eat into potential gains over time.

Internal Conversion Fee for Crypto Deposits: Roboforex imposes an internal conversion fee for crypto deposits, which amounts to approximately 1.2% of your deposit. This fee can be a significant factor for those dealing with cryptocurrencies.

 

5 Years together, better than ever

I've been engaged in trading with this broker for over 5 years, and I've consistently experienced smooth operations, both in terms of deposits and withdrawals. They provide a variety of account options that cater to individual preferences. I utilize both an ECN account and a Standard Pro account. The execution speed has been quite satisfactory, although occasional instances of slippage have occurred during highly volatile trading sessions.

 

I am appaled

I find myself compelled to share my experience here. I deposited $200 into my Roboforex account using cryptocurrency, and it's been over 24 hours, but my account still hasn't been credited.

Their customer service hasn't been much help either. They just keep telling me to contact the billing/payment department, but I've done that, and there's been no response for more than 24 hours. It makes me wonder why they have so many customers if they can't manage them properly.

I used one of the fastest networks for my USDT BEP20 deposit, so they can't blame anys on the blockchain.

Roboforex, if you're reading this, it's disappointing. Your customer service needs major improvement.

I'll keep you all updated on how this pans out. Let's see if they come through or if my doubts about their credibility are justified.

My money vanished like houdini

This broker seemed pretty cool at first, offering tons of bonuses. But when I tried to withdraw my 865 bucks, it vanished into thin air between my trading account and Visa. They gave me some ARN number that nobody seemed to know about, and that's it, end of story. They basically said, "Not our problem anymore." I'm glad I didn't put in my real money; dealing with their customer service was a nightmare.

I've had much better experiences with other companies like Planoff and Etoro; they know how to do business right. This place feels like a total mess.

 

Never had issues

Roboforex stands out as one of the top brokers in my experience. They excel in swiftly resolving any issues that may arise, and their CopyFX feature is a fantastic option. While their spreads may not be the absolute lowest in the market, they make up for it with bonuses and cashback offers.

I've placed my trust in Roboforex for several years now, and I've encountered far fewer significant issues compared to other brokers I've dealt with. I believe some of the negative reviews you may come across stem from less experienced traders who have made mistakes themselves and then unfairly attributed them to the broker. This is a pattern I've witnessed numerous times, where inexperienced traders invest a small amount, receive a substantial bonus (e.g., 120%), and are subsequently surprised when they face margin calls due to a series of unfavorable trades and the cancellation of their bonus.

Highly recomended

I've had a three-year collaboration with RoboForex, and I highly recommend this broker. It offers a secure, speedy service with consistently excellent customer support. They provide competitive pricing and some of the best swap rates in the industry. The only drawback I've encountered is the RTrader platform's minimum commission, which stands at 2 dollars for opening a position and another 2 dollars for closing it, totaling 4 dollars. In my opinion, this commission is quite steep, and I believe they should address this issue to maintain their positive trajectory.
