However, there have been instances where the spread for gold has been considerably large, resulting in pending orders not being triggered. Moreover, the stop loss feature does not consistently execute tightly, often closing trades a few pips beyond the set stop loss level. Unfortunately, I have not yet had the opportunity to test the withdrawal process, as I have been experiencing losses during this period.

The availability of English support is inconsistent. The support team appears unresponsive and often redirects me to send emails instead, which defeats the purpose of having a support chat box.

This lack of reliability is concerning. Additionally, I have experienced the disappearance of my remaining deposit account balance after 3-6 months. Despite my attempts to seek an explanation or guidance, they have failed to respond satisfactorily or direct me to the appropriate channels.

I have heard nothing but good reviews for this broker, at least from what I have heard. But when I tried to open a live account with this broker, it was hard. For some reason, they keep rejecting my documents. I have only used my Passport as identity proof, but they keep rejecting it. Any tips for this?

Not a bad broker actually, but I just can't stand that sometimes the spread could be quite huge for gold until the pending order was triggered. Speaking of order, there are some problems with it too. Stop loss is not as tight as I hope it would be. Plus, it usually will close my trade a few pips more than my set stop loss. It is really dangerous for my position. Due to this, I haven't got the time to withdraw yet as I am always loosing.

Just recently, the week on dollar/yena started with a gap and I was standing up for sale. The price opened at 40 points with a gap and immediately closed the deal. I planned to take 50 pips off the taka and took more than 90 off. Fact! I appreciate them for their honesty towards their clients.

Hi, I am a new trader and am currently on a mission to find a new broker as my old one doesn't fulfill my needs at all. I wonder if Tickmill offers a free VPS hosting service in their trading platform. If they do, is there any kind of condition to be met? I know some broker does this so I wouldn't be surprised. I swear it is so hard to look for a broker that actually has this feature.

I love that they have a low commission fee in addition to the good spread that they offer. This is really good for new traders who want to reduce some trading costs. However, sometimes I feel like the connections are not really good. At first, I thought this is because I have bad internet connections. But after checking, apparantly it's not from me. I wish this could have been better, but I'm still willing to endure it since they have really great customer service. Also, withdrawing sometimes can be a problem as it takes a really long time. For now I will give it 3 stars, but it might changes depending on their performance in the future.
