3 Ways Pepperstone Provides the Best Trading Resources
Withdrawals are allowed, but they are limited to the total deposit amount. If you request a withdrawal, the funds will be sent to your bank under the execution of Pepperstone-refund. If you wish to withdraw an amount that exceeds your initial deposit made with bank cards, it can be done via a WIRE transfer, but please note that there is a significant fee of $20 associated with this transfer.
I've been a Pepperstone user for around four years, but as an international client, I recently made the decision to switch to another broker. This choice was primarily prompted by the introduction of the ASIC Leverage cap for retail clients, which dropped dramatically from 500:1 to just 30:1. While my experience with Pepperstone has generally been fair, this significant reduction in leverage has compelled me to seek alternatives.
Their overall service is acceptable, but the cTrader app for MS (Microsoft) has been causing me quite a bit of frustration. Following an update, it continuously attempts to reconnect every 3 seconds, forcing me to use their web app. I prefer the downloaded PC version for various reasons. It's been three working days, and the issue has yet to be resolved.
This is one of that broker that is good at the beginning but then slowly turns into something horrible. I don't know if horrible is the right word, but it is certainly not pleasant. I did have a good time with them in the beginning. Smooth trading, no problems with withdrawal, great service. All of sudden, they keep having withdrawal problems. The company would now release my funds despite providing all the docs they requested. It has been nearly two weeks since my withdrawal request, and my money is stuck in limbo.
I have some questions regarding this broker. So I open an account around September last year, and I haven't been using it since December. Is there a way for me to revive my old account or is it better to open a new one? Does my old account still available or is it d? I don't have balance in it.
I think this broker has one of the worst deposit systems ever. Of all my time trading here (which is around 6 months), there was never a time where there isn't a problem with my deposit. My money won't show up in my trading account and I have to contact customer service to take care of it. Every time! without fail! They will also ask for proof that I actually was making a deposit. I feel like this should be in the system. They have ZERO daily cash sweeping process in place, if you don't call in to claim your deposit, the burden is on YOU, the customer to prove that you made a deposit. Other than that, this broker is actually pretty okay.
So, I am a new trader and I just started joining Pepperstone a while ago. Well, about 2 months to be exact. During these 2 months, I just realized that I have accidentally applied to the wrong trading account which resulted in all my trading doesn't go as much as I had planned. I wonder if there is any chance of me switching to a different trading account type. If it's possible, who am I supposed to contact? Is it possible to do it through customer service support?
Does anyone here has ever used Pepperstone?
Mar 25 2021
So I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. Last time I deposited about $10,000 into my trading account in Pepperstone. with an exchange rate of 3.7146 to Qatari Riyals and when I withdraw the exchange rate was 3.5684 which seems too much for an exchange rate refund. So I guess I lost almost $400? Are there hidden fees that I wasn't aware of? I haven't talked to the customer support team yet, because I want to make sure I know what is going on. Also, I read some reviews about the service and I don't really like it.
