As its final CSR program in 2022, XM gives donations to Médecins Sans Frontières, a worldwide charitable organization that provides healthcare to those in need.

In addition to aiding those in need around the globe and as part of its CSR program, XM recently concluded the 48th and final CSR project by giving donations to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

Posts about war, conflict, natural disasters, and other events that cause people to suffer and need urgent medical help flood Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) newsfeeds daily. The survivors don't always have access to things like clean water and sewage networks that might have been taken for granted.

Reading such posts may end up with astonishment and sadness, but MSF, a worldwide charitable organization that provides healthcare to those in need, immediately begins aid efforts. The concepts of medical ethics, including autonomy, objectivity, impartiality, and responsibility, have their basic principles. All of these imply a goal that fits in well with XM's CSR mission: to improve the lives of people in need worldwide.

MSF has more than 30,000 employees who work in medicine, logistics, and the office. These people run programs in more than 60 countries. All the money raised from the activity will go to the Greek MSF branch, which started in 1990. As a result, hundreds of its members have gone on trips to places like Syria, Haiti, Palestine, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Afghanistan. Refugees and migrants in Greece benefit from MSF's humanitarian medical aid and the organization's efforts to improve access to basic health care and raise public awareness.
