Tal Dar joins Vantage from PhillipCapital as Head of eFX and Derivatives. In addition, he has worked in marketing and sales at several financial companies, including Tera Financial, Capital Index, FIXI, Blackwell Global, and Spread Co. Much of Dar's professional experience focuses on managing sales, operations, and product functions for various FCA-regulated brokers and has an in-depth understanding of client processes.

In his new role, Tal Dar will lead Vantage Connect's business development efforts across multiple global markets by collaborating with other Connect teams and leveraging his extensive knowledge of institutional trade needs to tailor client solutions.

"I am very pleased to be joining Vantage. The company has expanded rapidly in UK retail, and I look forward to being part of a team that will replicate this across the organization. I have followed the company's growth. After conversations with the team, they have a great culture of respecting each other and contributing to the project like Vantage's ESG initiative, which most brokers don't get," Tal Dar said at his appointment.
