Swissquote is the leader in the Swiss market by offering more than three million financial products on its platform. The tier-1 regulated broker is providing trading assets ranging from global stocks, crypto as well as forex.

Swissquote's decision to become an active member of the OpenWealth Association is based on the association's mission which is in line with Swissquote's consistent strategy of further business development through the creation of new use cases in API management. OpenWealth does not forget to connect financial institutions, WealthTechs and other service providers and apply open API standards for the wealth management community. Jan De Schepper, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Swissquote said:

"We are very excited to be the newest member of the OpenWealth community to further develop our API management for our clients in the best possible way. As part of the various working groups, we can shape the future of an international API standard for the wealth management community, alongside seven other Swiss banks and many international partners."

Now, after joining OpenWealth, Swissquote is able to enhance its API offerings in the areas of Order Placement, Custodial Services and Customer Management, so that clients can be informed about new availability at the right time.
