OvalX is a subsidiary of Monecor (London) Ltd which is engaged in global CFD and Forex trading services. Monecor was founded in 1965 and is regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Monecor (Europe) Ltd., the entity that handles EU accounts, is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

The former editor at Finance Magnates, Leaprate, as well as CEO and Founder of FinanceFeeds, stepped down after only a year at OvalX in April 2021 following the sale of FinanceFeeds which he founded in 2015.

Saks has not spoken about his next steps after departing from the financial services firm founded in 1965, except for updating his LinkedIn profile recently with the caption 'TBA' under his profile name.

When Finance Magnates asked Saks for comment on the industry veteran's next plans, he was quite shy in replying, saying. "It’s a very interesting time at the moment within the electronic trading industry, it has evolved massively even during the past few months. I have some interesting plans and look forward to continuing my enjoyable career in the Fintech business."

During his time at OvalX, Saks made regular appearances in the media, such as television, commenting on financial and economic affairs, and was a popular speaker on the forex conference circuit.
