Joining BDSwiss in January 2022, Natale Mastoroudes filled the position of Head of HR, but after a year, she decided to leave the company.

BDSwiss has announced that Natale Mastoroudes, the Chief People Officer is no longer in the position. She has left her role at the forex and CFDs broker, where she was formerly positioned in Cyprus. After working for the company with over a year of service, she was reported to reveal her new position soon.

Previously in January 2022, Mastoroudes started her career as Head of HR. Later in June, she was promoted to Chief People Officer. The senior executive has over 15 years of expertise in the financial sector working with human resources and talent and with FXPRIMUS and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Cyprus.

She worked as the Head of Human Resources at FXPRIMUS in Cyprus for almost 18 months, from June 2020 to December 2021. Previously, she was the HR Manager at Q8 Trade, a forex and CFD trading platform provider, from July 2019 to June 2020.

From January 2012 to June 2019, Mastoroudes worked with Amdocs in various positions. In March 2017, she became Talent Acquisition Project Manager in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She was a Senior Associate of People and Transformation at PwC Cyprus.

Mastoroudes was not the only person leaving BDSwiss. A number of staff is reported to leave the broker, including Thomas Pantazis, the Head of Country Partnership at Admirals Australia, and Marc Suárez, one of the broker's marketing executives.
