Online brokerage firm ADSS announced that it has appointed Holly Joint as the company's new Global Chief Operating Officer (COO). Previously, Holly led digital transformation at the group level for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) which implemented digital strategies to improve customer experience and strengthen operational and governance performance. 
 
Not only that, Holly spent 2009-2010 as Program Director for the successful 2022 World Cup Qatar Bidding, where she developed strategy, established the PMO, managed all operations, and led the coordination and delivery of all aspects of the winning bid.

Holly will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the company's growth strategy, including expanding the institutional and retail client base of ADSS in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, as well as improving operational efficiencies to enable the company to better serve its client base. 
 
Through her experience in executive management for more than 20 years, Holly Joint has a career focused on developing and executing business and digital transformation strategies that result in sustainable growth.
