Payment Methods
For your convenience, Monex provides 2 choices of payment methods, namely via bank transfer and via virtual account. If a deposit is made at night after 21.00 WIB, then you will receive new funds after 01.00 WIB (depending on the bank process). Deposits will be processed for a maximum of 1 hour until the funds are put into your live account if you use the same bank as Monex (BCA, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Sinarmas, BNI & Bank Mandiri). It's very convenient for forex trading in Indonesia. If you use a different bank than the one Monex uses, it usually takes 1-2 working days depending on the bank.
Meanwhile, the minimum withdrawal of funds is $1 for the USD account rate. Requests for withdrawals will be processed on Monday – Friday (working days) at 09.00-10.30 WIB, if submitted outside operational time, it will be processed on the next working day.
