If I have a maximum capital of $10  a day, what do you think I can get? I just started learning how to trade forex. Thanks

Hi Justin,
First of all, with a capital of $ 10 how much margin strength do you have? if you use a lot 0.01 = $0.01 then your balance strength is 1,000 pips. If using a lot 0.10 = $ 0.10, then the strength of your balance is 100 pips.

How much profit will you get? It depends on your trade entry. If your analysis is correct you can get as much profit as possible every time you open a position.

If the capital is $10 and uses 0.01 lot, how much is the value for each pip? From a profit perspective, is 0.1 lot better?

Hi Steve Macerio,
It depends on the type of account used. The account type and value can be different from each forex brokerage. With a capital of $10, you can use a cent account, with a lot of 0.01 whose value is 100 contract size. Where the value of 1 pip is $0.01. If using 0.10, the contract size is 1,000. The value of 1 pip is $ 0.10. If minus 50 pips, the value - $5. Maybe you will get MC or get stopped out.

For example:
When trading on the XXX / USD pair (EUR / USD, GBP / USD, AUD / USD, NZD / USD), 1 pip is worth USD 0.1. With a capital of USD 10, your resistance is (USD 10) / (USD 0.1) = 100 pips. 100 pip resistance for the XXX / USD pair is still small. In terms of profit, using 0.1 lot is clearly more profitable because the value per pip is greater, namely USD 1, but your resistance is very small, namely: (USD 10) / (USD 1) = 10 pips.

@Daniel Robson, Is the cent account only used for practice? the value per pips is very small

@Justin, The account that is used for trading practice is a demo account. However, you can also open a cent account for practice in order to feel the real sensation of the live trading forex market. When viewed from the value per pip, the cent account is indeed the smallest one.

Yes, that's right. The sensation of trading using $10 real money is more than trading on a demo account. Although the value is only limited to 6 packs of cigarettes. Trade is about mental and preparation, you cant sense the heat of battle when you play with the risk nothing to lose as in a demo account. My advice, if you have the ability of $1000, want to feel the heat of the trading experience, start with a balance of $10-50 first
