Lose The Spirit Of Trading

Basically, trading is not always profitable, there must be times when you will experience losses. In my opinion, trading is the science and art of managing money for profit. It's just about how we minimize these losses. Don't be fooled by other people's advertisements or profit trading posts.

For starters, just concentrate on one currency pair and get to know the characters. That way you will begin to find patterns in opening positions so that the profit you get is maximized.

Just a suggestion, if you want to get back the spirit of trading, it's better to stop trading for a moment. You need to refresh your mind, just go on vacation, or have fun with your friends or family. If you are still bored and forced to trade, the results are useless.

Lose the spirit of trading is because you haven't a reliable strategy or due to psychological factors, or maybe both. You can do an evaluation of your journal trading. I agree with @George Anderson, in order to make your psychology gets better again, you need a refreshing.
