Hi Andrew,
Regarding the scam or not, we don't know. But I think as long as the broker is regulated by an internationally credible regulatory body, like CFTC, NFA, FCA, FSA, FINMA, MiFID, ASIC, and FMA, it will be safe. They are a credible regulatory body that has been tested and will give strict sanctions to brokers that violates the agreements.

Not always forex brokers that frequently change their domains are scam brokers. Brokers do this because their official page or old domain is blocked in several countries, the impact is the website cannot be accessed anymore.
Then the broker creating an official website page using the new domain. As for the safety factor, of course, pay attention to their regulatory body.
