Hi Master, I am a newbie on forex trading and having a little bit confused. So, let me ask several questions.

1. If we can make a profit up to a million dollars, is my fund can be withdrawn?

2. If all client profits, is the broker going bankrupt?

3. How is the forex broker can pay all the clients?

4. And how is the forex broker can make a profit?

Thanks!

Hi Nuan Lang,
Let me answer your question.

1. Sure. All funds can be withdrawn. But in the condition, you trade on legal and NDD forex broker.

2. Not at all.

3. The one who pays the trader's profit are not brokers but the banks and large financial institutions that determine the price, and the profit you get is purely from the market mechanism.

4. From spread that you trade (their client). A good broker only roles as intermediaries to the liquidator, so the broker doesn't care about your profit or loss. Thanks

What is the nominal balance to start depositing on eToro?

Hi Jacob,
based on the information on the broker's website eToro, you can start trading by depositing a capital of $50 to $10,000.

But keep in mind, the capital you deposit should be "free money" which is not used for daily needs. For that, the amount of capital you deposit should be adjusted to your financial capacity. Thank you

So, do I need to convert my money to USD to do a deposit on eToro?

Deposits eToro are only accepted in 3 currencies, US Dollar (USD), Pound sterling (GBP), and Euro (EUR). When we do deposit, we need to do converting our money to be one of them using the bank's exchange rate.
