Hi, I have been trading with InstaForex since last Christmas. At the time I didn't see any problems with the way they executed things. All of my tradings went on smoothly with no problems whatsoever. But recently I have been having a hard time logging in to my account. It said my account password has expired or something, I don't know what that meant. So, I tried to contact their customer service, but they haven't replied to my chat yet. I'm really lost here.

I noticed that InstaForex also accept cash deposit as well as withdrawal. Does this service also available in all of their offices? How long does it take until my funds appear in my account?

I have experienced smooth trading experiments with this broker. Although I did experience a slight problem when I want to reset my account, they help me step by step and were very accomodating.

I just start trading with this broker and so far I am quite happy with their trading conditions.  low & fixed spreads.Requote is normal and good withdrawal process.

InstaForex is one of few brokers that actually keep their promises about bonuses. They really stay true to what they say. So far trading with them is amazing.

I haven't found any other broker as good as InstaForex for now. I had some problems with withdrawal and their customer service help me nicely.

I'm very satisfied with their customer service, really fas and help full. To me, this is the most important thing in a broker (other that spreads and fees)
