Hi, I started trading back in 2015 but had to stop due to my schedule. My job requires me to travel a lot, so it's a bit hard to keep up with the markets and having to stick in front of the computer to trade all the time. However, recently I got really interested in mobile trading. Apparently now you can trade directly on mobile, huh? That's brilliant. I used to think that mobile trading apps are only useful to manage your account and make deposit/withdrawal.
That being said, I want to start over and become a mobile trader in FXTM. Which app do you think is better, the proprietary FXTM app or MetaTrader? What are the pros and cons?

Hey that's awesome! Mobile trading is indeed a great opportunity these days. As a mobile trader myself, I have found many benefits from mobile trading such as high accessibility (you can trade from anywhere), convenience (user-friendly apps are easy to use), and real-time updates. However, it's undeniable that trading from mobile app means smaller screen and potential issue with connectivity. I personally don't mind, but it's definitely worth to consider.
Anyway, regarding your question, I think it depends on your preference. FXTM Trader app offers some great features and easy account management system, allowing you to access your Member Area very easily. You can fund your account at any time, create new accounts, and switch between trading accounts.
MetaTrader on the other hand, has the upper hand when it comes to popularity and ease of use. If you want to get speedy execution and various tools, this app is for you. Simply connect your FXTM account and start trading.

I totally agree. It's nice that FXTM is able to provide several apps to trade with. You are free to choose any app that suits your needs. I personally like the FXTM Trader app because it's smooth and has all the features that I need to make successful trades. As a day trader, my favorite feature is the one-click trading. It has helped me open positions very quickly, including the stop loss and take profit. Highly recommended for those who like to trade in volatile markets like forex.

I can see why some users are complaining about withdrawal issues. This is something that I want to ask myself. Why are withdrawals restricted to verified users only? The verification process typically takes a few days to complete, maybe even longer if additional documents are required. Not to mention that withdrawal requests are processed within a few days so in total the whole process can take up to a week! Meanwhile, people want to cash out immediately. Is this a common thing in every broker or is it just FXTM? What should I do if I get the same problem with my account?

First of all, it's important to point out that most regulated brokers require users to complete verification before making any withdrawals. So it's mandatory in most brokers, not only FXTM. This is to protect users' funds and prevent fraudulent activities. Meaning, only the rightful account holder can cash out the funds.
You're right though, the process can be a bit lengthy for unverified users because both verification and the withdrawal itself need time to complete. However, you can avoid it if you have verified your account in advance. So I suggest you complete the verification immediately after creating your profile. This way, you'd be able to withdraw without a hassle.
