Hi Jim Hageman,
From the information I got, the broker (SunPor Group Pty Ltd) has been regulated by ASIC Australia, which is an internationally credible regulatory body. However, the broker is less popular. Personally, I'm not interested in trading at a lesser-known broker, even though the regulations are okay.
